By accessing or using jaredweinryt.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products & Orders

All artwork sold through the Site is limited edition fine art photography, printed to order on premium materials. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed in error or that violate these terms.

Each limited edition print is numbered. Edition sizes are as stated on the product page. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints will be produced.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You will be charged at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping is available within the continental United States and Canada. Each piece is printed to order and typically ships within 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the print material selected.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, text, and other content on the Site are the property of Jared Weinryt and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display the physical print for personal or commercial decorative purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written permission. The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jared Weinryt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
