30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not completely happy with your print, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email jared@jaredweinryt.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the damaged item.

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For damaged or defective items, return shipping is covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-sized prints ordered through special commission are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
